To list an item on Linkiipal:

1. Create or sign in to your account
   You must be at least 18 years old and complete Linkiipal’s identity-verification requirements.
2. Set up your Owner profile
   Add your payout information so you can receive earnings from completed rentals.
3. Select “List an Item”
   Choose the category that best describes the item you want to rent out.
4. Add the item’s details
   Enter the item’s title, description, condition, features, and any included accessories.
5. Upload clear photos
   Show the item from multiple angles and include photos of important components or existing wear.
6. Set your rental rates
   Add a rate for each rental period offered by Linkiipal:
   • Hourly
   • Daily
   • Weekly
   • Monthly
7. Set the retrieval methods
   Set the item’s pickup location and select the available fulfillment methods:
8. Pickup: The Renter collects and returns the item.
9. iDeliver: You deliver and retrieve the item for a per-mile fee.
10. WeDeliver: Linkiipal coordinates delivery and retrieval, subject to service availability.
11. Add listing requirements
    Include any usage instructions, restrictions, safety information, or other details Renters should know.
12. Review and publish
    Check that the information and pricing are accurate, then submit the listing. Once approved and active, Renters can discover and request to rent your item.

When a rental request arrives, you can review the booking details and accept or decline it.
