A renter can rent an item from Linkiipal in a few simple steps:

1. Create an account
   Sign up and complete the required identity verification process.
2. Find what you need
   Search or browse items available from local owners across diverse categories.
3. Choose the rental period
   Select the date and rent the item by the hour, day, week, or month.
4. Select a retrieval method
   Depending on the listing, the renter may choose:
   • Pickup — collect and return the item directly.
   • iDeliver — the Owner delivers and retrieves the item.
   • WeDeliver — Linkiipal coordinates delivery and retrieval, subject to availability.
5. Review and submit the booking
   Review the rental price, delivery charges, taxes, applicable protection costs, and any security deposit before submitting payment.
6. Wait for the Owner’s approval
   The booking becomes confirmed once the Owner accepts it. If WeDeliver is selected, Linkiipal must also approve the delivery request.
7. Receive and use the item
   Pick up the item or have it delivered at the scheduled time, confirm receipt, and use it for the reserved period.
8. Return the item
   Return the item according to the selected retrieval method. After the Owner confirms that it has been received, the rental is completed.
