With Linkiipal, pickup lets you collect your rented item directly from the Owner at the designated pickup location.

1. Choose Pickup when booking. Select your item, rental dates, and rental period—by the hour, day, week, or month—then choose Pickup and submit your booking.
2. Wait for the Owner to accept. Once the Owner accepts your booking, coordinate pickup details through the messaging section in your booking details.
3. Arrive at the agreed location and time. Follow the Owner’s instructions and allow enough time to review the item together.
4. Inspect the item before taking it. Check its condition, confirm that all included accessories are present, and ask the Owner to explain any operating instructions. Taking photos at pickup is a helpful way to document its condition.
5. Confirm receipt. Confirm in your booking that you have received the item. Your rental then moves to On Rent.
6. Return the item as scheduled. Bring it back to the agreed return location with all included accessories. The Owner confirms receipt to complete the rental.

For hourly rentals: Linkiipal’s 30-1-30 rule provides a 30-minute pickup window before your booked rental begins and a 30-minute return window afterward. For example, a 2:00–3:00 PM rental allows pickup between 1:30–2:00 PM and return between 3:00–3:30 PM. Returns after 3:30 PM are late.
