Bookings made within 24 hours of the rental start time are considered same-day bookings and are non-refundable. A full refund, excluding any collected taxes, will be issued for cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the rental start time. Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the rental period commences will be subject to a cancellation fee.
