Contacting a Listing Owner
There are three ways to contact a listing owner:
- LinkiiTalk: This is the best option for general questions that aren't tied to a specific product. From a product's details page, you'll need to log in and then click the LinkiiTalk button to start a conversation.
- Get more info: Use this button on a product's details page if you have a specific question about a product before you book it. You'll be asked to provide some basic information to start a pre-booking order, and once the owner responds, you'll be prompted to make a payment to confirm the booking.
- Booking confirmation message.: If you have a question about a specific reservation, you can communicate with the listing owner through the booking details page. Go to your reservations page, click on the booking you have a question about, and then click Details. You can then type your message in the conversation box and send it. This option is also useful for arranging pickups, deliveries, or returns.
Communication Policy and Your Privacy
For your safety and privacy, listing owners are unable to contact members unless there is a confirmed booking. Similarly, as a listing owner, you can only communicate with a member if they initiate the contact or through our automatic booking confirmation message.
We recommend that you do not share sensitive personal information such as bank details or social security numbers with anyone on the platform. We will never ask you for this information. If you notice any suspicious activity, please report it immediately.
