Linkiipal is a local rental marketplace that connects neighbors who have useful items with neighbors who need them. Instead of purchasing something for temporary use, Renters can find and reserve items nearby, while Owners can earn money from equipment and gear they already own.

Here’s how it works:

Create and verify an account

Users create an account and complete Linkiipal’s identity-verification process to help build a safer, more trusted community.

Browse or list items

Renters can explore available items across diverse categories. Owners can create listings by adding photos, descriptions, pricing, availability, pickup details, and delivery options.

Choose a rental period

Depending on the listing, an item can be rented by the hour, day, week, or month.

Submit a booking request

The Renter selects the dates and times, chooses a retrieval method, reviews the total cost, and submits the request. The Owner then accepts or declines it.

Choose how to receive the item

Available options may include:

Pickup: The Renter collects and returns the item.

iDeliver: The Owner delivers and retrieves the item for a delivery fee.

WeDeliver: Linkiipal coordinates the delivery and retrieval when the service is available.

Use and return the item

Once the handoff is completed, the rental begins. At the end of the booking, the item is returned or retrieved using the selected method.

Confirm completion and leave a review

The Owner confirms that the item has been returned, completing the rental. The Owner and Renter can then review each other based on their experience.
