iDeliver

iDeliver is Linkiipal’s Owner-provided delivery option. Instead of picking up an item yourself, you can have the Owner deliver it to your location and retrieve it when your rental ends.

Here’s how it works:

The Owner enables iDeliver.
When creating a listing, the Owner can activate iDeliver, set the item’s pickup location, and enter a per-mile delivery rate.

The Renter selects delivery.
If iDeliver is available for the item, choose it during booking and enter the delivery address.

Linkiipal calculates the delivery fee.
The platform uses the Owner’s per-mile rate and the distance between the pickup location and your address to calculate a round-trip fee covering delivery and retrieval.

The Owner accepts the booking.
After acceptance, use the booking’s messaging section to coordinate delivery details, including timing, access instructions, and the handoff location.

The Owner delivers the item.
At delivery, check the item’s condition, confirm that any included accessories are present, and ask the Owner any questions about its operation. Confirm receipt through Linkiipal.

The Owner retrieves the item.
At the end of the rental, have the item and its accessories ready at the agreed location. The Owner collects the item and confirms final receipt to complete the rental.

Who handles the transportation?

The listing Owner handles both delivery and retrieval. For Linkiipal-operated delivery, look for WeDeliver.

For hourly rentals: Linkiipal’s 30-1-30 rule also applies to iDeliver, providing a 30-minute window before and after the booked rental period for delivery and retrieval.
