Owner Dashboard

Welcome to your Linkiipal Owner dashboard! Understanding how your dashboard works is a great step toward your rental success.

Take a moment to explore these sections and become familiar with where everything is located.


Step 1: Get Familiar with Your Dashboard Landing Page

Your landing page gives you a quick overview of your account and rental performance. Here, you’ll find:

  • Your profile: Your profile photo, name, and verification indicators.
  • A welcome panel: Useful tips and shortcuts for managing listings, growing your rental community, and getting help.
  • Transaction history: the Transaction History helps you review rental charges and track your Owner earnings. Each transaction includes booking information, payment references, and a breakdown of the amount paid by the Renter and your Owner payout.
  • Your earnings overview: Earnings for today, this week, this month, and this year.
  • Your 30-day booking counter: Your booking count for a 30-day period.
  • Your overall rating: An overview of the ratings you’ve received.

Step 2: Explore the Top Menu

At the top of your screen, you’ll find a search bar and the following options:

  • Switch to Rent: Switch from your Owner dashboard to your Renter dashboard.
  • Messages: View your conversations, including messages about bookings and inquiries.
  • Notification: Check important notifications about your account and rental activity.
  • Help: Access helpful articles, FAQs, and guidance on using Linkiipal.
  • Your profile thumbnail: Open a dropdown menu with additional account options.

Step 3: Open Your Profile Menu

Click your profile thumbnail in the upper-right corner to access:

  • Dashboard: Return to your dashboard landing page.
  • Saved: View your saved items.
  • Edit Profile: Update your profile information.
  • Subscription Method: Access your subscription options.
  • Invite Friends: Invite others to join Linkiipal.
  • Account Settings: Manage your account settings.
  • Logout: Sign out of your account.

Step 4: Explore Your Dashboard Navigation

Directly below the top menu, you’ll find the main sections of your Owner dashboard:

  • Dashboard: View your account overview, earnings, booking count, and overall rating.
  • Inbox: Access your messages and rental conversations.
  • Products: Add new listings and manage your existing rental items.
  • Profile: Access and update your profile details.
  • Account: Access your account management options.
  • Calendar: View your rental schedule.
