OwnerPlus+ — Linkiipal Owner Optional Subscription Plan

Choose how you pay to earn with Linkiipal. Owners can use the default commission-based plan or select OwnerPlus+ for a predictable flat fee of $60 per month.

How it works

By default, Linkiipal charges a 10% commission on each successful rental transaction. With OwnerPlus++, you pay $60 per month, and Linkiipal does not deduct its commission from your rental earnings while your subscription is active.

Your $60 monthly fee stays the same whether you complete no rentals, one rental, or multiple rentals.

To keep you in control, renewal is manual. You must pay your monthly fee when it is due; your card will not be charged automatically each month. If you choose not to renew or miss the payment deadline, your account automatically switches back to the commission-based plan.

Your subscription starts on the date your payment succeeds. Its renewal cutoff is the same calendar day of the following month. For example, if you pay on September 12, 2026, your subscription starts that day and your renewal cutoff is midnight (12:00 a.m.) Eastern Time at the start of October 12, 2026.

Bookings placed while your subscription is active and before that cutoff remain free of Linkiipal commission, even if the rental finishes later. If you have not renewed, bookings placed at or after the cutoff are subject to the default 10% commission.

If the following month has no matching date, your cutoff is 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the last day of that month. For example, a January 31 start has a February 28 cutoff, or February 29 in a leap year.

Here is how to activate your monthly subscription in 3 easy steps.

Step 1: Open your Owner dashboard

Log in to the Linkiipal website or mobile app, then select Switch to List to access your Owner dashboard.

Step 2: Choose your subscription method

Select Profile, then Subscription Method. Select the Monthly Subscription box and click Pay Now.

Step 3: Complete your payment

Enter your payment card details, then select Pay. Once your payment is successful, your monthly subscription becomes active, and Linkiipal stops deducting its commission from bookings covered by your subscription.

Remember: Complete your renewal payment before the midnight cutoff to continue using the subscription. Otherwise, your account will automatically return to the commission-based plan.
