Ready to list your items and start earning? Upgrade your verified Renter account to an Owner account by adding a payout preference.

Linkiipal partners with Stripe to securely process payments and manage payouts.

Here is how to set up your Owner account in 4 easy steps.

Step 1: Log in to Linkiipal

Visit the Linkiipal website or open the mobile app. Use your current login information to access your fully verified account.

Step 2: Open the Owner dashboard

Click on Switch to List to open the Owner dashboard.

Step 3: Add your payout preference

Click on Profile, then select Payout Preferences.

Click on Add Account, or Change Account if an account is already connected, to access the Stripe portal.

Step 4: Complete your Stripe setup

If you already have a Stripe account, select the option to log in with your existing account.

If you do not have one, click on Create Account and follow the prompts to provide the required information and complete your payout setup.

You’re ready to list!

Once your payout setup is complete, you can begin adding items to Linkiipal.

Your account keeps both options active, so you can switch between renting items and listing your own whenever you need.
